What I Offer

What does it look like for you to be thriving? Can you remember it, or even imagine it in your future? That’s where I come in. We will work together to get you there. I will challenge you; you will learn to figure out what you need and how to get it— from yourself and others. It’s time to shut down the insidious stressors and traumas that fester, causing such pain.

You can unlock your happiness. I will support you in setting up healthy, achievable, expectations for your future. You may feel unsure of how to even begin addressing the numbness, sadness, or anxiety. Perhaps indecision, overthinking, or sleeplessness is wreaking havoc on your life. You don’t have to be stuck here. You will learn how to slow down, take control, and feel confident in charting a different course.

When work, family, and relationships feel stressful, something’s got to give. In our work, I’ll guide you to a place where you are not the something that must keep giving– until you are beyond the point of depletion. Things can get better.

Better can start right now.

Individual therapy sessions are held weekly and last 50 minutes. I tailor treatment to be specifically suited to you and your needs.

All couples are welcome in my therapeutic milieu. Whether same-genders, pre-martial contemplation, new parents (what a LEAP!), polyamorous, married, seasoned in coupledom or newly getting to know one another—I will hold space for you.

You are seeking counseling because something is not feeling right and you know it can be better. I will help you identify thought patterns and behaviors contributing to the strength of your relationship, and also that could be causing harm.

Happy couples are able to meet, counter, and resolve challenges that beset their relationship. If you and your partner are unable to address issues with relative ease and mutual respect, it signals that there is room for improvement. When recurrent issues become a source of constant pain and stress, it’s time to reset and revamp.

Couples often experience difficulties blending their backgrounds, values, and expectations. The deleterious impacts are wide ranging, causing challenges with communication, sex, parenting, and overall evolution together through phases of life. You may be questioning your compatibility as problems persist. I am here to help you and your partner sort out the issues and carve a path forward.

Couples therapy sessions are held weekly and last 60 minutes. I tailor treatment to be specifically suited to the needs of each unique couple.
